I have no access to check internet speed/split internet

My internet was serviced on Friday and I have no access to settings via the app. I continually get redirected to sign in on Xfinity.com when I try to sign in through the app. I am on an IPhone 14, IOS 18.2

Hey there, user_jggjlk! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums! I am sorry to hear that you are having troubles accessing the Xfinity App.  Can you share with us any troubleshooting steps you have completed?

 

We would recommend deleting the App, downloading it again, and attempting to log back in. Clearing the App cache on your device can help too.
