I don't know about anyone else.. But I hate this APP and would like it removed from my account.
This app is complete trash. I also hate how it's forced on us. If I could just use the Admin tool and not be blacked out... I would not even be having these problems. It keeps resetting my network name. I use split bands. I want to use split, I have networkname2.4 networkname5 and networkname6. However it keeps changing my network back to networkname2.4, even though when I login on the app it has my names as I typed them.
This is day 3 I have to call in and have support keep changing it back. When I try and change/save/edit anything with WiFi settings I get, Something went wrong. blah blah... This app is trash!!
Has anyone else had this issue?

You'd mentioned the admin tool being blacked out. Is that through the application that you're attempting to access that tool? Or are you using the steps outlined in the following link: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/change-wifi-channel-admin-tool to change the Wi-Fi channels and customize the network?
