user_11vha7 Hello! Thank you for reaching out. You are able to do this, but you need to allow gateway admin access. Please visit this link first. Follow the instructions below, and once you've done that your ready for the next step.

1. Open the Xfinity App.

2. Go to the WiFi tab.

3. Select View WiFi equipment and open Advanced Settings.

4. Select Admin Tool online access.

5. Slide the toggle button to Allow Admin Tool access (ON).

6. Select Save.

After that, you should be able to navigate to http://10.0.0.1

Also, keep in mind that some settings are only going to be accessible by using the Xfinity App, as opposed to logging into the firmware
