I am unable login XFi to update my device settings

I have been unable to log into XFI of the last 12hrs and cant reenable some devices on my network that I need to reenable

 

I tried the automated help line which did nothing but reboot my gateway. 

 

No different afterwards.

 

Any idea's greatfully accepted.

I am using the Advanced Gateway. I can login into home.xfinity.com
