How do log into peacock app?

My current Comcast statement has this...
Peacock Premium Included $0.00
The end date of your promotion is Jun 25, 2025

If I click on this link "xfinity.com/activate-peacock" it says 
Your Peacock account is already active
Head over to Peacock to watch today. Enjoy!

If I do that then it asks me to pay. How can I access Peacock Premium without paying?

Note I used to log into the Peacock app on X1 without logging in. How can I log into Peacock if I have never created a account?
