How do I tell if there is anyone using my WiFi without permission?

I have the XFi gateway and I think someone is secretly stealing my WiFi. How can I check ? I see the device list but how can I check the IP address? Or any other way to check?

Start with changing the password and don’t give it out. What makes you think it’s used by someone else? You would need to match up the Mac addresses that you have and block what you don’t recognize
