Home Voice Options

Every time I talk with customer service, I keep being told that the options for Home voice service is in the. I am not able to find it anywhere. I have got to every section of the app. services devices account etc and there is no voice options. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and made sure that the app is updated and I have told customer service that I just wrote and they asked me to make sure it has been updated umm I just said I did. Instead of reading from a canned booklet maybe read what the customer has written. It is getting very aggravating. I have even asked if there is a different app for home voice service and was told that I can download it from google play which is the same freaking app that I have been working with them. I just feel like giving up after 40 years of Xfinity  service.
