Home app automatic arm problem
My home app is still working after Xfinity disconnect support last year. However it suddenly automatically arm away at 6pm everyday since last Thursday 6/5. I checked the App and found the rule to arm and disarm the security system at a certain time is set to arm away at 6pm everyday. This rule is for adding new rules (still able to do it,) but the default setting makes it to arm at 6pm everyday. Xfinity chat can't help, neither the store agent. Has anyone experienced this problem and how to change it? Hope Xfinity Apps group knows their new update created a problem.
