Help I can send emails with my Comcast mail, but the only emails I am receiving are ones that go automatically to junk folder

I have not received emails in my inbox when I log into xfinity email or in my outlook inbox

@Houstoncat Thanks for reaching out! Have you tried clearing your cache, and cookies for your web browser? Then log into the web portal to see if you have incoming emails?
