Hello @user_a26zwh, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. Sorry you’ve been dealing with this for so long. Having your apps stuck on installing shortly, especially when you’re trying to update the Xfinity app, is definitely frustrating. Have you had a chance to clear the cache and data for the Google Play Store and Google Play Services? You can typically do this by going to Settings > Apps > Google Play Store > Storage, then selecting Clear Cache and Clear Data. You can repeat those steps for Google Play Services as well.
