Hallmark+

Hi,

I subscribed to Hallmark+ online but when I try to log into my account through Xfinity, it keeps asking me to sign up for a free trial. I already did that and I definitely don’t need 2 accounts. What do I do?

user_sdyyg0 Thank you for reaching out! It sounds like your subscription is billed directly to Hallmark+. If that's the case, you can only use the log in credentials you associated to that account.
