Hello there! Are you still experiencing issues with downloading the Fubo app? You mentioned downloading it on your smart TV? Do you currently have an X1 box or Xfinity Flex/Xumo box?
If so, the Fubo app is available on Xfinity Flex and Xumo Stream Box devices, but not directly on X1 boxes.
To access Fubo on X1, you would need to use the Fubo app on a separate device like a Roku, Fire TV, or other compatible streaming device and then use the Xfinity Stream app to access your Xfinity content.
If you do not have either of these, you would need to contact your TV manufacturer for further assistance.
