Free internet games

XFINITY OnDemand/Gaming/PlayFreeGames- caches should be refreshed/emptied. I am now trying to replay using pen and paper, tedious work. I have contacted Play.Works several months ago, still no resolution. Does anyone work there anymore? These games/puzzles, etc., keep my mental skill levels on track every day. I really enjoy Test Twist, LINK, Sort It, to name a few.

We pay a hefty amount every month for Xfinity services.  I would appreciate your reply at your earliest convenience.  Please advise. Thank you.

Have you tired clearing the locally stored data on the set-top box?

Hello, thank you for your prompt reply. After reading the article you suggested, it looks like I may have to re-sign-in to a number of apps again. That's a big hammer for this issue. Is there a more targeted way to resolve this?

Certainly, understandable, I know it is kind of a pain since it'll sign you out of some apps, but it's usually the most effective fix.

I understand your point.  Perhaps there is someone with appropriate authority to contact PLAY.WORKS and discuss it with that person? This issue had appeared a few other times in the past 3 yrs but it was always resolved without my having to ask for support or help..... It's a bit mystifying why that had stopped happening. Please advise. Thank you.
