Endless login page on Xfinity app

The app keeps going back to the login page although I have successfully logged in. It says that I am already logged in and press continue button I click the button and goes back to the same page.

It gets very frustrating. Tried all the options on the forum , deleting and reinstalling the app to no avail.

Even though you are logged in are you able to navigate to any other Comcast/Xfinity website like your webmail? https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite/

When I log in via the app, it says

You're already signed in as xxxx and there is a continue button to press. That's all I see in that page no other options.

On the Xfinity website, I can log in and navigate around without issues.

Able to log into Xfinity stream app without issues.

I don't use the app so I can't see anything about it, but are you able to X out of it?
