Everytime I click on check email I am routed to the same page every time

Using and managing Xfinity Email accounts

This is annoying and I have cleared my cookies in on my web browser and uninstalled and reinstalled my app. I'm tech savvy enough to know that it's a server issue. NOT USER ERROR. THIS NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED
