Email on phone

I had been using my phone to access my email.  This morning I got a message that there was a problem signing into my account and requested me to enter my password.  I did this repeatedly and kept getting the message the sign in failed.  I have tried turning my phone off, restarting it and changing my password, none of which helped.

My issue was resolved when I met someone who was familiar with the problem and reconfigured some of my security sites.  It was not resolved through this forum.
