Elimination of My Account App
I just got an email indicating that the My Account app will be discontinued on 4/26.
Will the Xfinity app have the capability to switch between 2 accounts? I use one app for our home in CA and the other app for our home in IL because it's a pain to switch between accounts. (I have to log out of one account and then log back in with the other.)
Also, legacy plug in and wall switches only work on the Home app and don't work on the Xfinity app. Will that change when the switch is made or will we be forced to make changes for compatibility?
Finally, only legacy plug in and wall switches show up on the security Home Screen. How will this change impact that?

Hi, there! I can understand the concern with the My Account app sunsetting. It is our top priority that our customers enjoy using the Xfinity app and find convenience in not having to utilize two apps to manage your account. From the Xfinity App you should be able to toggle between both accounts, easily. I also apologize that you are not able to manage the legacy plug in walls and wall switches from the Xfinity app and only the Home App. I sent your feedback to our engineers.
