Downtimes in Xfinity App resetting

The downtimes I have set for my kids devices keep resetting. I will set the downtime for each profile and the time will change from what I set it at. Each child has their own profile and it is happening on multiple devices Apple, laptops, desktops, Xbox, etc. Please help

Hello, @User_Denise97, thanks for reaching out to our forum and for using the awesome Xfinity app to take control of your network. I don't have any kids, but I can imagine how handy it is to be able to control your kid's devices like that and set those downtimes. Are you following these same instructions when you set your Downtimes? Also, are the schedules you're creating overlapping at all?

@XfinityMarcos​ Yes I am following those exact instructions. My schedules don’t overlap because since it’s summer their schedules are the same for all 7 days. Some days the scheduled times don’t reset but the majority of the days they are resetting. I have tried uninstalling the app and deleting their profiles and reloading them back in but that hasn’t helped.

Hmm, that's definitely strange! I'm not quite sure as for why they would be resetting so often like that! Is this happening after a 24-hour period? We may need to send you out some new equipment, as I've never heard of this type of issue before.
