Downtime without my permission

I have 2 devices that are going into downtime mode and I don’t use downtime so not sure why it going into that mode, sometimes I can wake it back up via the app but other times I have to wait until downtime is over. This is highly frustrating. How can I fix this. I have reached out to xfinity tech before with no luck, they weren’t able to find a solution.
