Downtime not working!

Hello, for weeks now I've had issues with the downtown feature not working. I got a new phone last week and it's still not working right. It seems to "undo" itself on a daily basis. It's set to shut off my daughter's WiFi every night and it's just not. I'll go in to check downtime settings DAILY and I'll see that particular day is unselected (meaning no downtime in effect that day). This is every single day. My daughter's Chromebook stays running whether she's awake or not because of this. I'm constantly waking up to the alert that my daughter's maxed her time limit for the day, because WiFi is running all night on her devices. My app is up to date. I don't know what the issue is, but it needs fixed now.

Same issue except mine is all set but the device that is supposed to be on downtime can still access the internet.

I am also having the same issue.  The Downtime Schedule looks like it's all set in xFi and the user Profiles appear to be Paused, but the devices assigned to those profiles are still able to access the WiFi.

I have the same problem.  One thing I just realized was I gave my old Ipad to my kid.   It shows up with a different name and everything, but I wonder if me having it originally in one profile and now switching it to a "kids" profile screws things up.  Trying to fix it...
