DO NOT USE FOR INTERNET PROVIDER

I hate this company SOOOOO flipping much. Totally awful and they know it but don't care. You can't do anything over the phone or else the person does it incorrectly. Their app is absolutely USELESS! You can't do anything with it like increase your data for the month or see what your Internet is being used for through the app. The app takes you to a web browser for either of those things and you just go in circles. Absolutely worthless. And then if I want to select the tags available for this post, it totally messes up my comment and makes me have to retype everything. DO NOT USE XFINITY!!
