Displaying Network Name

My wifi reads as a "hidden network" but the X1 app shows it's selected to be displayed on devices. The admin portal shows the network as hidden and doesn't allow me to change it on a computer, only the app. Seems like a bug with the app that doesn't register the changes. This is the latest X1 app and is being used by the primary account holder.

Please advise how I can allow my network to display again.
