Devices not showing up on Xfinity app after new Gateway

not able to see who’s connected and what’s connected. Can’t unpause or pause so annoying. The app has always been wonky so I gave it time but it’s been like this ever since I activated the new Gateway why? I’ve seen many others with the same issue and not a lot of results please help

I appreciate you reaching out to us so we can help correct these issues. We definitely want to make sure your new modem is being reflected along with your other devices on our Xfinity app. Since we would need to view your account specifics, if you would be so kind to follow the steps below in sending our team a direct message. :) 

  • Ensure you are first signed in, then you will see a chat box icon at the top right of your page. Click that or follow this link here: https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
  • From there, click the 'New Message' icon. In the 'To' field, type 'Xfinity Support'.
  • Type your message in the text area that appears at the bottom of the window and hit enter to send. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond.

To expedite your request, we ask that you please include your name, the account holder name (if different), and the service address alongside a detailed summary of your request/question.
