Devices are paused and nothing can connect to internet.
I been having problems with all my devices paused even though from the app they are not. Just got a new xbox and set it all up and only connected to the internet for a hour before getting paused and now cant do anything. Called xfinity rep 3 times and did everything with the app like unpause, paused, reinstall and even troubleshoot my router and tbe app and nothing can get my devices unpause or even connect to the wifi for a second. If anyone knows a fix to this that would be great because the xfinity rep cant help and at the moment it feels like xfinity is telling me to go to a different Provider because nothing can be done to helpe.

Are you connecting via Wi-Fi or via ethernet cable
