Hi @pcjr05! That's a great question. We appreciate you for posting to the Xfinity Forum. To find out more about your usage or monthly history, please follow this link. This support article may also answer some of your questions. Did that help?
Let's get real a bar graft? How can you manage your data with a bar graft? How do I get a comprehensive listing of what the data usage really was. Can not manage it if you don't know the data in question. I have 1 gb if it is excluded from the 1.2 GB data why am I getting notification of data usage over 1.2 TB? Is this a canned reply? If so why?
Thank you for those great questions and for patiently waiting for a response, @pcjr05! There are 4 great ways to track data usage. One is by signing in to the Usage Meter page under the My Account section at our web portal. The second way is for video subscribers on our X1 platform by simply saying Monthly Data Usage into your X1 Voice remote control which is my favorite! The other two ways are through the XFINITY My Account app and the XFINITY app. I recommend tracking the usage when using each device individually for a day or so and going from there. Monitoring the data use when utilizing each device individually, helps pinpoint which devices are using the data and which devices are connected to your network. We can always check on your data usage for you as well on here. I had to upgrade my household to Unlimited Data recently so I understand the importance of managing your data. To research this further, please feel free to send us a private message by clicking on my handle “ComcastGabe” with your first/last name and full address.
