Why is xfinity trying to push me into paying for a terabyte in which I do not need for my small family of 2 and a toddler?
I've been trying to figure this out since they increased the speed without asking I've also contacted the fcc I wasn't using all my data before this so called speed in crease that they didn't not ask about I'm very upset because 150mb is a lot of data to use and now for 2 months I'm over that makes no since but the keep asking do I want to switch to unlimited and the answer is no because 150mb is more than enough I don't know if I'm paying for the speed or internet. I didn't ask for a speed increase. @RobertWy @aldenph
