The Xfinity app isn’t syncing my new modem I just had replaced my old one I have yet to turn it in tho not sure what else to do

Hello, user_ac4kn4 thank you for taking time to create a post. You have contacted the right place for assistance, and working from home myself I completely understand needing to have your modem connect to your home network. 

 

I did have a question, when your attempting to activate/sync the new modem, are you able to see the new modem in the App and tried these activation steps: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfinity-app-activation ?
