Connectivity

Our laptops reflect they are paused when attempting to connect to wifi. The Xfinity app advises they are unpaused and connected. We reset our modem, rebooted our laptops, and updated the network ID & Password. The new ID & Password reflects in the app however, our cell phones are connecting w/the previous credentials. We have paused and unpaused our laptops in the app, and nothing seems to work but our phones and security cameras w/ the old network id and password. We use our laptops for work & school and are currently working from our AT&T Mobile hotspot. This is very concerning
