Connected devices

I have over 11 devices connected to the WiFi with xfinity gateway XB8, but the app only shows 5 or 6 devices connected. It shows my iPhone, laptop, and Amazon echo not connected and they have been connected for almost three days now.

New to this page and trying to find my way around. I have not been successful getting answers from xfinity chat line and it is frustrating. You can forget about phone call since the AI is the gate keeper not letting your calls go thru.
