Connected but not showing as connected

We connected a new TV for my son and it is not showing up as connected, but it is connected. I can't limit his time due to this

@user_80e84f Thank you for reaching out to our awesome Digital Care Team. If all the other devices in your home are connected (except the TV in question), this is a device issue not a network issue.
