Connect and people tab on app

My internet is connected however when I am in my xfinity app and try to click on the links connect or people to boot people off my system or check who's on it, it just keeps saying try again. I can use the other tabs. I've reset my box twice to no avail.

@user_e911b6 Thank you for contacting us here at the Xfinity Community Forums regarding issues with accessing certain tabs of your Xfinity app. The Connect and People tabs are both highly useful for being able to manage and review your connection and I can certainly understand the frustration in not being able to access them.

I know you mentioned you've reset your gateway multiple times. May I ask what type of phone the app is installed on? Have you attempted to uninstall and reinstall the app itself or log in and out of the app?
