I can never utilize your chat option. This has been an ongoing issue since changing to this new app.

Hello, @user_ffc1ac Can you describe in more detail what you are experiencing in the Xfinity App when trying to utilize the chat option? For example, the easiest way to get to chat is by scrolling the purple boxes at the top of the Overview portal to the left and then selecting Streaming and TV support. This should open the Xfinity Assistant. But, if for some reason your issue isn’t resolved, the Xfinity Assistant connects you with an agent who can chat with you online to help. Are you able to perform this task and does this resolve your issue?
