Changing WiFi name and password

I can’t change my WiFi’s name or password online or through the app. The AI assistant did something and changed the WiFi name and password I had made, so now I can’t sign in on my computer or TV. There’s nothing on the app in “manager WiFi” other than troubleshooting and manage hot spots. The AI assistant can’t help and I just need to talk to a person before I start working from home tomorrow.

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3J0ir1l

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send
