Can’t unpause/wake up devices

I had my kids devices connected and set to a schedule. When I hopped on today, I no longer see the devices to unpause/wake up. So I’m unable to unpause or wake up the devices. I can’t even add a new device as it just stays on the loading screen. How do I fix this issue?

Hi there User1976 👋 I definitely know how useful of a feature it is to be able to manage a device Wi-Fi schedule, especially with kiddos in the home! I'm glad to hear you've been able to take advantage of a feature like that, and would be happy to help get you back on track with it.


To manage device Wi-Fi time in the Xfinity app, please try following these steps:

  1. Select a person and click the gear icon in the upper-right corner to access their Settings page.
  2. Choose Create Schedule next to Downtime.
  3. Select a schedule type and name it.
  4. Pick the days the schedule applies.
  5. Set the start and end times for the schedule.
  6. Click Apply.

You can create up to 30 schedules for each person, ensuring no overlaps between schedules. If you're not able to see your devices or manage connection schedules following the steps listed, we can try a few more things after 👍
