Can’t sign into my account on the xfinity website it says the page didn’t load and the app sign it just loops back to sign in again
When I try to sign in to the xfinity app it takes me to the sign in page and says I’m signed in, I click continue and it goes back to the app welcome screen and says to sign in. Using the xfinity my account app it tells me I’m signed In but my account details cannot be accessed. When signing in on the website it says that the page didn’t load try to refresh, I click refresh and it just does the same thing. When I search xfinity customer support it says my account is still being set up. I purchased my internet package and picked up my equipment 2 days ago. But without being able to login to the app I can’t get it set up.

I’m experiencing the same problem. I tried calling to speak to a live agent to ask about it but it just keeps sending me links to the app. I’ve tried reinstalling it, resetting my phone and even using a different phone but nothing seems to work. I picked up my new equipment 4 days ago and still have not been able to activate it.

In the same situation. So stupid. I'm trying to cancel my service, which requires my account number, but I can't get that because the Account site and the Xfinity Account app won't load properly.

So I went into my local store and the guy there was able to help me fix the issue. Apparently my account wasn’t fully setup even tho I could sign in. He was able to invite me to the account via text and once I did a few steps it was linked up and everything was working and accessible. Got home and was able to set up my internet in about 10/15 min.
