Can't see device in Xfinity XFI


I currently have a desktop which is connected to the modem through an ethernet cable. When I go to Xfinity XFI to portforward I do not see my desktop as one of the listed devices.

How can I get my desktop to be listed.

I have also tried to portforward the manual way by going to, however, it keeps redirecting me towards the xfi website and does not let me manually add a port.

Is there a way I could actually manually portforward without it making me to go to the xfi website?
