Can't remove port from MyXFi port forwarding

XFi is not allowing me to add a port forward because it says that that device is already assigned. XFi is showing no port forward to delete none at all. I am now  stuck and unable to port forward. Can you please help in removing all port forwards on my router as I am unable to see them or delete them. I'm also unable to add.

 

I will say to comcast that some of your customers would prefer the option to login to a router directly and not have to use a dumb downed app. This is far more complicated please give the customer an option to login directly to the third party router that you provide. There is no need for an app in the way that does not work correctly....

I'm having the same issue and so am hoping this receives some attention. I couldn't even reach the port forwarding on the website without directly typing in the link address. 10.0.0.1 does not work anymore for port forwarding, and of course the only way to do it now is programmed by someone completely incompetent. I can't even try and forget the device that the port was opened on and hope it resets that way, that option doesn't show up anywhere anymore either.

I had a similar issue today. The delete port forward is on the Apple Xfinity App. I also noticed onced I deleted one port forword in the app, on the website I was able to see the next port forward I added. Hope this helps.
