Can't port forward

Many many many customers are experiencing this same issue. We cannot forward our routers because we are FORCED to use the app. The one that doesn't work. The funny thing is, is that every other tab functions. Every other feature works, just not forwarding. I don't understand how this hasn't been resolved yet as it's been about a month since this has become a real problem. Starting to ask questions as to why it's still like this.
