Can’t login to the Xfi app -> Can’t activate gateway
I’ve been trying to login to the Xfi app but it kept say “something went wrong...try again...call Xfinity.”
I called Xfinity talked to a representative, the call got cut off, no call back.
After the call now when I login to the Xfi app it says to upgrade and when I login to the Xfinity my account it’s telling me “you no longer have Xfinity service at this address.” Which is wild because before the call I was able to access this app. I just want to know what do I need to do to fix this issue and why this is happening.

If you are trying to activate ? provision a gateway device for service, give this automated device activation line a shot: 1-855-652-3446. Even if the automation fails, you then get connected to an advanced repair representative rather than a tier 1 phone rep. Good luck !!!
