Can’t log into app
I enter my username and it won’t advance to the password screen. I can log into my account on the computer. I uninstalled and reinstalled app but still nothing. Three days of frustration. Can you offer help?

Let's work together on this to get you back into the app. For starters, can you confirm if it's only the Xfinity app you're unable to log into? Also, are you getting any kind of error message or error code when you attempt to log in?
