Can't get my billing info

Using my mobile app , I'm getting a message regarding my billing info saying it's unavailable and I'm not able to pay my bill through my mobile app...

Hello @user_7942e3, thank you for reaching out to us on our community forums. Is this the first time you have used the application to pay your bill on this account? We may need to use Xfinity ID Lookup to make sure we are signing into the primary username for this account.

I haven’t had access to my info or my bill on the mobile app since I switched to Xfinity.  I became a customer in February.  If this isn’t resolved soon Xfinity will lose this customer.
