Cant download Xfinity App
I have had terrible connection this past month, have not been able to access the app since the ios update so now that i have a new gateway i cant activate it, everything i go to sends me to a page to download the app that i cannot download, id rather not go out to buy an ethernet cable, why is the xfinity.com/activate site not working?

Are you still experiencing issues when attempting to download the Xfinity App? If so, may I ask what troubleshooting you've tried so far on your Apple device? Do you happen to have any other smart devices such as another phone or tablet you can download the app on? If not, what kind of device, operating system, and browser are you using when attempting to log in to My Account online?
