can't connect to my xfinity email from my phone using outlook

This problem started on 12/10 around 2:00 pm est.  My phone stopped syncing my email.  I tried to reconnect and receive a message indicating IMAP connection not stable.  Password is correct and port settings are also correct.  Seems others are having this issue.
