Can't access most of advanced settings

When I try to open most of the advanced settings such as Port Forwarding it'll say please try again later. I've tried again many times over a few months and it still doesn't work.

Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies and have you tried a different browser?

Well it's using the Xfinity App. I've tried clearing cache on app. And uninstalling and reinstalling

I can't find anything on the website about it. I do belive that advanced settings are only on the XFI app

The app is hopelessly broken and has been for many months. A Reddit thread suggests asking the assistant (two dot icon at top right of app, make sure Chrome is set as your default browser), asking for "port forward", then click Network, Open advanced settings, Port forwarding. This returns to the actual Port forwarding page in the app. I guess the link under Wifi settings is just broken.
