Cannot use Xfinity app with error "Upgrade for This Experience"

I just upgraded my modem to Arris S33 (my own device) using the xfinity app on an Android phone. Everything was good. After the activation, I can use internet. However, I cannot use the xfinity app anymore. Aftwer login , I got redirect to this error page:

to access xfinity, you'll need to  upgrade your

service/equipment, Text an agent for help.

 

If you don't have an xFi Gateway and you'are trying to 

activate your Xfinity Internet service, go to

xfinity.com/activate.

The app is for Xfinity equipment that you don’t have. There’s nothing to access
