Cannot update wi-fi password
When attempting to update my wi-fi password via the website, the My Account iOS App, or the xfi iOS app, I am being prompted to upgrade my equipment to "xfi". Following the link informs me that I "Have the Latest Equipment" (Info: ARRIS Group, Inc. TG1682G // Serial #: 10868CEB53EC)
The Community Forum Post reads: "If you are experiencing this issue, please continue to report it in the xFi Forum. In most instances, once we confirm the details about your xFi Gateway, we can get it resolved quickly." Please advise how to update / change my wi-fi password.
