Cannot Redeem reqards.for 2 weeks. I'm a platinum member and every time I hit.Click redeem rewards on the app.I get a error message

A rendering error occurred: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'fields').

This is the era message I keep getting every time I hit redeem rewards. All of a sudden this week, which is today, is October 22nd and last week, last Thursday, when you do go to your rewards, it says, all gone.

I'm a platinum member, I should be able to get any rewards there. If it's for only first come first served, then why give out the rewards, it doesn't make sense. A lot of the rewards is for children. I don't want to download coloring books. Anything like that I'm an adult. I'm trying to get the free movies you offer and the $1.00  movies. 

The people that you're using overseas, they just ask your million questions. Do you live here? Can you tell me your address? Oh okay, since I verify you, let me transfer you over to someone. Then they transfer you over to someone and the last guy, which was today. He was asking me, he said, oh, you can get your rewards because you're not in that tear or that program, I say, what are you talking about? Yes, I am. It clearly says here your rewards this week.  And the message above is all, I keep getting, and what was the point of giving these jobs to everybody? And y'all can have these jobs in the USA and we can get stuff done I mean, I don't understand. everyone I talked to cant help. I have installed over and over.  Or the BOTS all keep showing you the same prompts, click a prompt, are you troubleshooting? Do you need help signing in?  None of my issues are there. It'll say, "I do not understand let me get you somebody." And no one ever comes and then it starts back over with the same questions? Your third party people have no clue or just hang up on you.
