Cannot order XFi free pods

Paying for service and in the upper stairs the signal drops. Support no help tells me the only thing is spend another 119.00 for pods. No help from customer service. How do you find a person at Comcast that will actually care and help

Do you have xfi advantage ..it's an extra package you have to get.it was worth it for me as although it's 15 a month it includes unlimited data which I was paying 50 for. Anyway, if you have that and have internet issues they are provided free..it took me numerous phone calls to handle this. Some agents didn't even know about xfi advantage.. just keep calling till you get someone. You didn't get the pods immediately you have to show you need it. I got mine a few days ago and haven't seen improvement but says it takes a white

I now cannot connect to smart TV it shows connected but no internet and customer service says everything is fine
