Cannot login xfinity app

So when I open the app and hit login it says continue with xfinity.com login info... if I hit cancel it takes me back to the sign in page. If I click continue my username is there and I type my password and hit sign in. It takes me to an all white screen that says “xfinity voice service only? Unfortunately the xfinity app cannot be used to activate or manage your voice service. If you’d like to activate your voice service go to xfinity.com/activate. For step by step instructions. The only thing clickable on the page is the sign out button. (Keep in mind I’m just trying to log in, I’m not trying to do anything with voice but this is the only option I have) and if I go back to sign in and click the use xfinifty.com and select a different person. I type in the user Id, the password and it brings me back to the same screen. Please help!!

Hello, @user_4085bf, I am sorry about the trouble signing into the Xfinity app. Thanks for calling us and doing your part to help. That is a long error message. I know it has been exhausting not getting the information you need but I will do all I can to help.  Are you trying to log into the Xfinity Connect app by chance? I yes, this is an app that is no longer being offered. It was retired on 4/20/21. You can get more information about the Xfinity Connect app here. (https://comca.st/3utuSvS) If you are using a different app please let me know.
