Cannot log into Xfi since the last update last week.

The Xfi app was working perfectly until the recent update. I use the same ID and password that gets me into the Xfinity website with no issues. But the same authentication does not work on my iPhone as it used to. It keeps saying Incorrect ID or Password.. Why?

All my apps stopped working with an update in late June or early July. I’m told I’m not an user but I’m signed in. The other apps give different messages plus I can’t see my cameras anymore. I can’t get help either.
